This policy explains how Outvie LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Outvie", "we", "us"), handles information on the website outvie.tv and in the internal tools we use to run the Outvie YouTube channel. Questions: hello@outvie.tv.
Visitors to outvie.tv
This website is informational. It has no accounts, sign-up forms or advertising, and we do not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log basic request data under Google's privacy policy.
When you click through to YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, those platforms' own privacy policies apply.
If you email us
If you contact us at hello@outvie.tv, we use your name, email address and message only to reply and to handle your inquiry, such as a sponsorship or collaboration. We do not sell or share it.
Our use of YouTube API Services
Outvie uses YouTube API Services through a private internal tool ("Outvie Studio Manager") to manage the Outvie YouTube channel, which we own. The tool is used only by the Outvie team and is not offered to the public. With our own authorization, it:
- uploads and schedules videos, and sets titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails on the Outvie channel;
- reads performance data for the Outvie channel and its videos (for example views, watch time, impressions and click-through rate) so we can improve our content.
The tool does not access, collect or store data from any other person's YouTube account. The channel analytics it reads are stored in our private Google Drive and Google Sheets and used only for our own planning. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that purpose.
By using YouTube features, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to our tool can be revoked at any time through Google security settings.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@outvie.tv.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
